            - possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as "Introduction to University Studies", etc. - to know the main categories and concepts related to the life of a person and society. - be able to identify, analyse educational and scientific information, draw reasonable conclusions on professional activities. - possess elementary skills in compiling written documents, adjusting their content, systematizing the materials necessary for work, and effectively organizing their own educational activities.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The discipline is an organic combination of legal and economic knowledge necessary for the formation of general competencies among specialists in any field of knowledge, and includes two substantive modules: 1. Selected sections of labor law form a set of knowledge and skills for a higher education applicant: an employment contract; working time and rest time; wages; labor protection; labor discipline, disciplinary and financial responsibility; protection of labor rights. 2. The basics of entrepreneurial activity form a body of knowledge and skills for a higher education applicant: entrepreneurship: forms, business models and ethical principles; technologies for creating your own business; sources of formation and assessment of the effectiveness of the use of resources in entrepreneurial activity; evaluation of the results of entrepreneurial activity; commercialization of ideas (products).
