The student must know the subject, methods, tasks, theoretical foundations, reasons for the formation of professional and ethical research, criteria for distinguishing between applied, professional and corporate ethics; principles of moral and normative support of various professional spheres; the connection between professional culture and professional morality, methods and mechanisms for solving the main moral dilemmas of modern practices; means and methods of overcoming the gap between general moral principles and requirements of corporate ethics. The student must be able to demonstrate knowledge of applied, professional and corporate ethics; identify moral conflicts in specific situations of practical activity; choose solutions to open dilemma moral problems; to give an expert assessment of motives, norms, value guidelines of professional behavior and activity; to form potentially promising ways out of difficult moral-professional or oral-psychological situations.

The educational discipline "Professional and corporate ethics" is based on a cycle of disciplines, namely: "History of Ukrainian culture", "Ethics and aesthetics", "Psychology" and others.

The discipline "Professional and corporate ethics" belongs to the list of elective disciplines and is taught in the II semester of the master's degree. The study of the discipline contributes to the formation of the personal competences of a specialist, ethically educated and morally oriented in the performance of professional responsibilities Ethical knowledge and ethical competence are requirements of modern society. Increase the role of the ethical component in the development of society, practicing the skills of its implementation in the professional sphere the specialist's activity determines the relevance and importance of this discipline, determines its development cognitive and analytical capabilities of master's students, which will contribute to their deepening professional skill and professional culture, implementation of humanistic, ethically balanced approaches to the organization of the content and nature of professional activity.
