The educational discipline "Innovative activity in the field of information technologies" is based on the cycle of disciplines of professional and practical master's training, namely: "Methodology of designing open computer systems", "Methodology and organization of scientific research with the basics of intellectual property", "Artificial intelligence technologies" , "Methods of presentation of research results"
Course content
Innovations. Definition, classification, trends. Features of innovations in IT. Invention and innovation. Methodology and ways of introducing innovations. Projects. Startups. Approaches in project management. PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban, PMI standard. Comparative characteristics of PMI, Scrum, Kanban approaches. Guide to the project management body of knowledge (РМВoК® Guide).

Lectures, seminar classes, individual independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
- semester evaluation: Consists of evaluation of the student's activity in seminar classes, performance and evaluation of tasks on the topics of seminar classes, as well as conducting a written modular test. Completing tasks on the topics of seminar classes with a score of at least 24 and writing a modular test with a score of at least 9 is mandatory for admission to the credit.
- final evaluation (in the form of credit): the form of credit is oral in the form of an interview. Answers are evaluated from 0 to 40 points. The condition for achieving a positive grade for a discipline is to obtain at least 60 points, the grade for credit cannot be less than 27 points.
