Prerequisites and co-requisites
The coursework is completed after the completion of the study of most disciplines of the compulsory block and is based on the results of studying all these educational
components, namely:
- Theory of information transmission;
- Nanoelectronics;
- Nanostructural elements of radio-electronic means;
- Optimizing the design of radio-electronic means;
- Adaptive signal processing systems;
- Satellite information systems;
- Complex information security systems.
Course content
A coursework is an individual task of the applicant, which involves the development,
implementation and protection of some computer model that allows you to research some module or
process aimed at saving, processing, transmitting and protecting information. Kursova
work ensures that the acquirer acquires certain skills on the basis of previous consolidation
acquired theoretical knowledge due to their practical use, provides skills
complex independent work and responsibility for its result. This term paper is
part of the preparation of a higher education seeker before passing scientific and industrial training
practice and completion of thesis.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
At the time of the start of the course work, the applicant of higher education receives
an individual task approved by the department, in which the name of the topic is formulated,
the necessary initial data and the terms of the task are given.
Completion of the coursework is mainly the independent work of the applicant, but he
has the right to be consulted by the supervisor and (if necessary) by other scientific and pedagogical experts
employees of the department.
The acquirer must, in accordance with the schedule agreed with the manager, provide him
developed material, and within the set deadline, all the work. As a result of the inspection of the completed part of the task, the manager points out shortcomings and errors to the executor and gives the necessary explanations for their prompt correction.
Fully completed work is submitted to the supervisor for review and evaluation no later than this
than 3 days before the approved protection date.
Assessment methods and criteria
The defense of the term paper is held in public in front of a committee consisting of no less than
two scientific and pedagogical workers of the department and with the participation of the head of the course work.
The supervisor's comments and his preliminary assessment of the work performed are taken into account when evaluating the defense.
The results of the course work are summarized during the preparation by the student of higher education
differentiated assessment.
A point-rating system for evaluating knowledge on a 100-point national scale is used to evaluate the course work.
