Student should know essentials of data analysis approaches. Student should be able to apply modern data analysis approaches for analysis of medical diagnostic data.

Review of mathematical methods for data pre-procession and mining, integral transforms, statistics, optimization methods, parameters estimation, taxonomy, artificial intelligence with accent on application in medical diagnostic data analysis

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester score: two modules with written tests up to 40 points, individual tasks up to 40 points. Maximum semester score 80 points Final score: written exam with up to 40 points. Minimum graduate score 60 points. Maximum graduate score 100 points. If more then 70 points were obtained during the semester additional 20 point may be given without written exam.
