The student should know: Features and advantages of bioelectromagnetometry methods. Principles of bioelectromagnetometric information processing. The physical basis of the functioning of modern electronic components used in medical technology. Bioelectric basics of electrocardiography. Standard cardiographic leads. Additional research methods in electrocardiography. Biophysical explanation of the form and elements of the cardiographic signal. Signal parameters, measurement modes and techniques in electroencephalography. Native, spontaneous, stimulating electromyography. Optical non-contact methods of temperature measurement in medicine. Semiconductor lasers: principles of operation and areas of use in medicine. The student should be able to: Assess requirements for medical electronic devices, give recommendations for existing methods of bioelectromagnetometry. Use medical lasers.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
The course is a continuation of the cycle of applied physics courses. Knowledge of the classical sections of general physics, higher mathematics (mathematical analysis, differential equations), the basics of biophysics and organic chemistry is necessary for successful mastering of the course.
Course content
Knowledge is provided regarding the study of electrical phenomena and processes associated with changes in the concentration and movement of charged particles in the human body, and the use of electronics, its techniques, methods and devices to solve medical problems of diagnosis and treatment. The main task is to teach students the methods of registration and analysis of electric, magnetic and electromagnetic biosignals, to find out their nature.
