Prerequisites and co-requisites
To successfully master the material of the discipline "Digital devices", it is necessary to master the material of the mandatory disciplines "Higher mathematics", "General physics", "Materials of modern electronics", "Fundamentals of circuit theory" and "Component base of radio electronic devices".
Course content
Digital presentation of information. Boolean algebra. Logical elements. Complex combination devices. Carnot maps. Triggers. Registers and counters. Elements of permanent and operational memory. Digital-analog and analog-digital converters.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures - 44 hrs, laboratory work - 16 hrs, independent work - 60 hrs, total - 120 hrs.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation: two modular control papers (up to 25 points each), laboratory works (up to 10 points) - up to 60 points in total. Final evaluation in the form of credit - up to 40 points.
