            1. Know the basics of physical optics, calculation and design of optical systems.
2. Know at a basic level courses related to general physics.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            Research practice is an educational component of practical orientation. As part of the internship, preliminary research is conducted, on the basis of which the master's qualification work on issues related to optoelectronics and optical measurements will be performed.

            Planned learning activities and teaching methods
        
        
            Familiarization of students with the plan of practice. Work in the structural unit and perform practice tasks.
Carrying out optical measurements. Development and improvement of optoelectronic devices and systems.
Processing of the received data by means of computer technics, performance of mathematical modeling of the set task
Preparation of a written practice report. Protection of practice reports at the meeting of the department.

            Evaluation strategy:
Feedback from the head of the practice - 20 points.
Practice report - 40 points.
