Course content
Within the framework of a special workshop, methods of adjusting lasers and
determination of parameters of their radiation: spectrum, energy, radiation pattern,
time characteristics, as well as the transformation of laser beams.
The program of the special workshop provides for the performance of eight laboratory works:
(topics):
1. Lab.1. Adjustment of the ruby laser resonator.
2. Lab.2. Spectrum of generation and selection of longitudinal modes of ruby laser.
3. Lab.Z. Adjustment of the He-Ne laser resonator.
4. Lab.4. Transverse modes and generation characteristics of He-Ne laser.
5. Lab.5. Dynamics of neodymium laser radiation in free generation modes and
quality factor modulation.
6. Lab.6. Dynamics of neodymium laser radiation in free generation modes and
quality factor modulation.
7. Lab.7. Transformation of a laser beam by a lens.
8. Lab.8. Adjusting the wavelength of laser generation on organic dye with
dispersion resonator.
