1. Successful mastering of basic courses of physics ("Physics of the atomic nucleus and elementary particles")
2. Successful mastering of special courses on the interaction of ionizing radiation with matter and methods of registration of ionizing radiation.
Course content
The main tasks of studying the discipline are to master the basic methods and knowledge of physics and technology of detector systems of ionizing radiation.

Assessment methods and criteria
The discipline "Physics of Detector Systems" is evaluated by a modular rating system. It consists of 2 modules. The results of students' educational activity are evaluated on a 100 - point scale.
semester assessment:
1. two modular tests (maximum - 10 + 20 = 30 points).
2. Polls and tests during lectures (maximum - 10 points).
3. Evaluation of laboratory work (maximum - 30 points).
- final assessment in the form of a test (maximum -30 points)
