Learning outcomes
1. To know the main sources of the origin of errors and uncertainties in a computer experiment and the methods of researching their distribution.
2. To know the main methods of verification and validation of computer experiments.
3. Mastering the basic concepts and methods of computer experiments for studying the properties of liquid systems, including medical and biological systems.
4. To be able to analyze a physical problem and build appropriate conceptual and discrete models of the phenomenon, to determine numerical algorithms that correspond to the physical foundations of a computer experiment.
5. To be able to interpret the results of numerical experiments on the study of the properties of medical and biological systems and evaluate the reliability of the data obtained in computer simulation.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know and be able to apply basic numerical methods for solving differential equations, systems of linear equations, finding integrals.
2. Be able to apply previous knowledge from the courses of mathematical analysis, differential and integral equations, linear algebra, classical mechanics for solving systems of linear equations and partial differential equations, finding derivatives of complex functions, writing the Hamiltonian of a system, finding extrema of functions, representing functions in in the form of rows.
3. Have basic programming skills in one of the common programming languages.
Course content
The subject of the educational discipline "Computer modeling in medical physics" includes the role of computer modeling in medical and biological research, the main methods of checking the reliability of data obtained in computer modeling, the provisions of methods of computer experiments. The goal of studying the discipline is to obtain deep and systematic knowledge related to modern methods of computer modeling and the main applications of these methods in setting up and interpreting numerical experiments on the study of the properties of fluid systems, including medical and biological systems. The educational task of the course consists in students learning the basic methods of computer experiments, applying these methods to conduct model numerical experiments to study the properties of fluid systems and analyze the obtained data.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The total volume is 90 hours. , including: Lectures - 3 p.m. Laboratory classes - 15 hours Independent work - 60 hours.
