Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Have knowledge of university courses in inorganic and organic chemistry (understand process chemistry), mathematics (systems of equations, differentiation, integration, functions and their graphs), statistical methods in chemistry (determination of averages and errors, MLS), physical chemistry at the bachelor's level.
Course content
The issues of process kinetics in gas, liquid and solid phases are considered. The kinetic regularities of the course of complex reactions and catalytic reactions are presented. The influence of the nature of substances, concentration, temperature on the kinetics of reactions with their participation is considered in detail. Catalytic reactions under the action of inhibition processes are studied separately. The bases of creation of experimental technique of kinetic research, reception of experimental data, their kinetic analysis, bases of nonisothermal kinetics, ways of establishment of the mechanism of process are considered. The kinetics of the course of reactions between reagents in different physical states is compared.
