Learning outcomes
Understand key chemical concepts, basic facts, concepts, principles and theories related to the natural, life and earth sciences, as well as chemical technologies at a level sufficient for their professional application and to enable further in-depth understanding of specialized areas of chemistry . Understand the basic patterns and types of chemical reactions and their characteristics. Understand the relationship between the structure and properties of substances. Analyze and evaluate data, synthesize new ideas related to chemistry and its applied applications. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of basic facts, concepts, principles and theories in chemistry. Monitor and analyze scientific sources of information and professional literature.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the basic courses of analytical, general, inorganic, organic and physical chemistry. The ability to statistically process the obtained results, to work with various sources of information.
Course content
The course "Analytical concentration" is devoted to the theoretical study of approaches to the use of analytical concentration methods in chemical analysis; classification and general quantitative characteristics of methods of analytical concentration, methods of hybrid and combined combination of concentration with methods of analytical determination. Study of tasks and basics of concentration based on separation of the concentrate phase, interphase distribution of microcomponents, concentration by membrane methods.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation includes writing 3 control papers on topics and preparing an essay - a maximum of 60 points. Final control - exam - maximum 40 points.
