Learning outcomes
1. To have the skills of critical thinking, to present their own thoughts in a clear way, to make their arguments. 3. To create logically and structurally organized texts on cultural studies, according to the specialization. 5. To collect, organize and analyze information on cultural phenomena, events, historical and cultural processes. 6. To identify, verify and summarize information on various contexts of cultural practice, to determine the degree of their relevance using different sources, information, communication tools and visual technologies. 8. To interpret cultural sources (material, printed, visual, artistic) using special literature and certain methods, tо reasonably present conclusions regarding their content. 11. To carry out expert assessment of cultural objects according to the criteria set and to provide recommendations for their social actualization.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Before starting this course, students should know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process; peculiarities of the development of artistic practice; basic cultural theories and methods of cultural studies. 2. To be able to collect and interpret information about the phenomena and phenomena of culture, cultural processes and events; practically apply the acquired theoretical knowledge; predict the prospects for the development of cultural phenomena. 3. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding political, economic, cultural and artistic events and phenomena; the use of foreign language specialized cultural information sources.
Course content
The course covers the basics of the theoretical understanding of cultural analytics and the practical application of this approach to the analysis of cultural phenomena. The educational discipline summarizes and systematizes ideas about the phenomena of the digital media space, helps to analyze the consequences of the implementation of cultural and artistic projects by visualization.

All types of work for the semester have as a result: - in the maximum dimension of 80 points - a minimum of 48 points Final control work in written form - 12 / 20 points
