Course content
The discipline "Technological bases of microbiological productions" is devoted to the study of technologies of various microbiological productions and microorganisms used in industry. Technological schemes of food and beverage production, synthesis of biologically active substances and medicines are considered in detail. Considerable attention is paid to the production of dietary protein, probiotics, enzyme preparations, bacterial fertilizers, plant protection products. The issues of using microorganisms in biogeotechnologies are considered. The study of technologies of microbiological production is relevant for the development of new biotechnologies and the improvement of existing ones.
