Learning outcomes
PR01. Be able to apply modern mathematical methods to solve practical problems related to research and design of biotechnological processes. Use knowledge of physics to analyze biotechnological processes.
PR02. Be able to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances of inorganic, organic and biological origin, using appropriate methods.
PR03. Be able to calculate the composition of nutrient media, determine the features of their preparation and sterilization, to control the quality of raw materials and finished products based on knowledge of the physicochemical properties of organic and inorganic substances. PR06. Be able to determine and analyze the basic physicochemical properties of organic compounds that are part of biological agents (proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, lipids).
