Use cartographic models of natural resources in the field of Earth sciences. To use topographic-geodetic and photogrammetric equipment and technologies, methods of mathematical processing of topographic-geodetic and photogrammetric measurements. Use methods of mathematical processing in geological, hydrogeological and geodetic research, as well as methods and technologies of land management design, territorial and economic land management, land use planning and protection, cadastral surveys and maintenance of state land cadastre. Apply models, methods and data of physics, chemistry, ecology, mathematics, geology, hydrogeology, etc. in the study of natural processes of formation and development of the Earth.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation of course work: 1) Course work - 80 points (marginal score of 48 points) 2) Defense of course work - 20 points (limit score of 12 points) The final grade in the form of a differentiated test is mandatory, if you refuse to participate in this form of assessment, the student will not receive the appropriate points for the final grade. The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. Differentiated credit (work defense) is set based on the results of writing a course project, as the sum (simple or weighted) points for the study of literature, coverage of physical bases for solving the research topic, algorithms of thematic processing, calculations and analysis of results, conclusions and requirements.
