Learning outcomes
PR2. Use libraries, information databases, Internet resources to search for the necessary information. PR7. Describe and analyze the principles of structural and functional organization, mechanisms of regulation and adaptation of organisms to the influence of various factors. PR10. Present the results of scientific work in writing (in the form of a report, scientific publications, etc.) and orally (in the form of reports and defense of the report) using modern technologies, argue their position in the scientific discussion. PR11. To carry out statistical processing, analysis and generalization of the received experimental data with use of software and modern information technologies. PR17. Apply modern learning technologies for teaching special subjects.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of disciplines "Plant physiology", "Plant stability", "Biochemistry", "Adaptation syndrome", "Biologically active substances". 2. Ability to independently apply knowledge of ecology and physiology, microbiology, etc. disciplines, perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific and methodological literature. 3. Possession of basic skills in working with literature, documents, materials and equipment used in biological and environmental laboratories
Course content
The discipline studies the systems of perception and transmission of internal and external signals of plants during their ontogenesis on the action of environmental factors, investigates the regulation of physiological processes at different levels of organization of the plant organism: cellular, tissue and organism, reveals the mechanisms work and relationships of genetic, membrane, metabolic, trophic, hormonal and electrophysiological regulatory systems.
