research, methodological and methodological tools for conducting research in specialization.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Microbiology", "Biochemistry", "Biotechnology", "Antibiotics", "Fundamentals of Experimental Mycology".
2. Be able to work with information databases, independently develop scientific and methodological literature.
3. Have basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in the biological laboratory.
Course content
The discipline contributes to the deepening of knowledge in microbiology and biotechnology by studying basic technologies and new developments of major groups of industrial of microbiological processes: cultivation of microbial biomass and creation of functional preparations on its basis, reception of products of metabolism
microorganisms (amino acids, antibiotics, vitamins, lipids, polysaccharides), obtaining enzymes of microbial origin; practical use
catabolic processes of microorganisms.
