Learning outcomes
- Know the legal and methodological basis for the assessment of land resources and real estate, legal framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and evaluation of land at various levels, procedures for state registration of land and restrictions on their use. - Develop projects of land management, land management and cadastral documentation and documentation on land valuation, compile maps and prepare cadastral data using computer technology, geographic information systems and digital photogrammetry. - Have the technology and techniques to plan and forecast the development of the real estate market for management purposes and computer processing of results in geographic information systems. - Conduct regulatory and expert monetary valuation of land and integrated property complexes, financial interests and other property rights.

In order to better master, students need to have a basic knowledge of geology and soil science.
Course content
The discipline "Soil Bonitization and Land Valuation" provides knowledge on quantitative land valuation and their potential productivity, is the basis for qualitative and economic evaluation of land and land cadastre, without which rational and efficient land use in Ukraine is impossible. As a result of studying this discipline the student will learn to quantify the fertility of soils, land, land, farms, agricultural enterprises, depending on the affiliation to agricultural lands, growing specific crops, perennials; to compile cartograms of soil quality of agricultural enterprises, lands of separate territorial communities and administrative-territorial formations; to use the results of soil quality assessment and qualitative land assessment for crop yield programming, assessment of farm activities in different natural and climatic zones of Ukraine.

Assessment methods and criteria
The control is carried out according to the modular rating system. During the semester there are 5 practical works (where students must demonstrate the quality of acquired knowledge and solve problems using the methods and tools outlined by the teacher) and 2 written modular tests.
