Learning outcomes
PLO 1. To evaluate own educational and scientific-professional activities, build and implement an effective strategy for self-development and professional self-improvement. PLO 2. To possess state and foreign languages for the implementation of written and oral communication, in particular in situations of professional and scientific communication; present the results of research in state and foreign languages. PLO 6. To apply knowledge of expressive, emotional, logical means of speech and speech techniques to achieve the planned pragmatic result and the organization of successful communication. PLO 13. To explain the essence of specific philological questions, one's own point of view on them and its justification both to specialists and to the general public, in particular to students in accessible and well-reasoned way.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) successful completion of the courses "Pedagogy", "Psychology"; 2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the structure of the psyche, factors and basic mechanisms of personality formation; 3) understanding the essence of the main regulators of activity and behavior in the group and the possibilities of their use in working with an academic group.
Course content
The purpose of the academic discipline is to acquaint students with the theory and practice of education, management in higher education institutions.Within the scope of the discipline the features of the educational process in institutions of higher education are presented, the focus is on providing assistance to the individual in mastering knowledge of pedagogy and characteristics of the student (listener) and teacher. Pedagogical thinking, learning to analyze pedagogical reality, conscious mastering of professional and pedagogical abilities and skills are formated.

Assessment methods and criteria
Students’ work is evaluated during all types of classes and based on the results of their self-study work. During classes, the following activities are assessed: oral response, presentation, practical tasks, solving pedagogical problems, active participation in didactic games. Module tests are performed and evaluated after the completion of the module and include questions from the entire course. The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 60, the minimum number is 36. The final score is based on the results of the student's work during the semester and the exam (max. 100, min. 60).
