Learning outcomes
PLO 1. To evaluate own educational and scientific-professional activities, build and implement an effective strategy for self-development and professional self-improvement. PLO 4. To assess and critically analyze socially, personally and professionally significant problems and suggest ways to solve them in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which requires the use of new approaches and forecasting. PLO 5. To find optimal ways of effective interaction in the professional team and with representatives of other professional groups of different levels. PLO 6. To apply knowledge of expressive, emotional, logical means of speech and speech techniques to achieve the planned pragmatic result and the organization of successful communication.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of developmental psychology, factors and basic mechanisms of personality formation.
Course content
The purpose of the educational discipline is to acquaint students with the content, tasks and methods of higher school psychology as an educational discipline and branch of science, to provide general theoretical training, as well as mastering modern psychological technologies of effective educational and educational activities in a higher education institution, to form skills in their application in practical activities, development of students' psychological culture. Within the discipline, the psychological foundations of the educational process in higher education are revealed. The discipline is multi-semester and is taught in the first and second semesters. In the first, the theoretical and methodological foundations of science, its conceptual and categorical apparatus etc. In the second - psychological aspects of the activity of the teacher of higher educational institutions, psychological foundations of the development of the teacher's professionalism etc.

Learning activities during the semester: lectures, discussions; oral answers in practical classes; additions, participation in the discussion; modular test.
Assessment methods and criteria
The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of learning the material from the entire educational course. The overall grade for the semester consists of points received for classroom work (which includes the unsupervised work as well on processing theoretical material for classroom preparation: oral answers, additions, tests, presentation defense) and for independent work (presentation preparation). All types of work for the semester have as a result: max. 60 points, min. 36 points.The final number of points for the discipline (max. 100 points / min. 60 points) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final assessment during exam (max. 40 / min 24).
