1. Before studying this course, students must know the basic stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process; basic research methods. 2. Be able to collect and interpret information to build arguments, build reasoning, draw rational conclusions from available information. 3. Have basic skills in working with professional literature, information management, critical attitude to events and phenomena.
Course content
The discipline "Heuristics" belongs to the list of disciplines of free choice of the student and is taught in the 5th semester of the bachelor's degree. The discipline acquaints students with the subject and history of heuristics, types of disputes, components of argumentation. The form, scheme and structure of argumentation are considered. Rules, errors and methods of influence on the point of view, arguments and procedures of the dispute are determined.

Independent work № 1 (analysis of argumentative text) - RN - 2.1: 10 points / 5 points 6. Independent work № 2 (preparation of argumentative text) - RN - 2.2-2.3: 10 points / 5 points 7. Final test (theoretical component / practical component) - RN - 1.1-1.5, 2.2-2.3: 40 points / 20 points. - final assessment: in the form of a test
