Specific admission requirements
Admission is based on the results of a single entrance exam in a foreign language and an entrance exam in a major subject. The holders of bachelor's degrees in other specialization, took additional entrance exam in the major subject.

Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements
Certification of graduates of the educational program is carried out in the form of public defense of the master's thesis. The defense of the thesis tests the ability to apply modern theory, methodology and tools of corporate finance in the activities of economic entities in any field of economic activity , provide analytical support in attracting funding and making investment decisions in financial markets.

Examination regulations and grading scale
The final evaluation of learning outcomes at the University is carried out on a single 100-point scale. The assessment of the applicant corresponds to the ratio established of the level of professional and general competencies to the planned learning outcomes (as a percentage). The minimum positive level of assessment is 60 points. According to the results of exams, according to the results of diploma work; based on the results of practice work, the student is also graded on a four-point scale: “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, “Unsatisfactory”. If the final exam is not conducted after some disciplines, the results of the applicant’s work are evaluated on a 2-point scale: “Passed” or “Fail”.
Observance of academic integrity by all participants in the educational process is mandatory. With the help of the Unicheck system, a scientific and technical examination is conducted to identify text borrowings in the texts of qualifying master's theses.

Work placement
Educational internship is required. The basis of practice is the Faculty of Economics (Department of Finance) of the University.
Practical training is carried out under the organizational and methodological guidance of the lecturer of the department.
The duration of internship is determined by the curriculum. The ultimate form of control is the defence of practice reports at the faculty. Additional requirements for practice organization are defined in the guidelines and work program.
Students have the opportunity to take part in international internship (annual business internship at Nord University, Norway).
