Admission was based on the results of the Common Entrance Examination of a foreign language, a Specialty Exam, and an Additional Entrance Examination for persons who have obtained a Bachelor's degree in another specialty. In accordance with the Rules of admission in 2019.

Programme learning outcomes
PLO 1 - To apply a thorough knowledge of the basic methods of formulating and improving an important research task, to solve it to collect the necessary information and formulate conclusions that can be defended in a scientific context. PLO 2 - To use knowledge and experience of use of normative-methodical provisions on the organization of the beginning of project activity, formation of project alternatives, planning of processes of management of the maintenance of the project, information communications and risk, acceptance of project decisions. PLO 3 - To use basic knowledge, information, software and hardware, as well as modern approaches and standards of enterprise automation and the norms of a particular application area for project management. PLO 4 - Use methods of forming the structure of the group of project managers, formulating the purpose and parameters of the project. PLO 5 - To use approaches to the formulation of the working problem, identification of potential factors of influence of the external environment, decision-making on approval of the list of requirements, recommendations on the quality of project results. PLO 6 - To use methods of project analysis and requirements formulation, development of models of requirements for projects, development of projects of information systems and software, ensuring the development of methodological and working programs for certification and licensing of project results. PLO 7 - To develop project management plans, formulate and adjust project requirements, develop time, quality, cost management plans, be able to determine communications requirements and develop project communication management plans. PLO 8 - To use methods to determine the characteristics of each of the potential risks of the project, identify sources, symptoms and impacts of potential risks, quantify the possible consequences of risks for the project, develop risk management plans.

Examination regulations and grading scale
The final evaluation of learning outcomes at the University is carried out on a single 100-point scale. The assessment of the applicant corresponds to the ratio established of the level of professional and general competencies to the planned learning outcomes (as a percentage). The minimum positive level of assessment is 60 points. According to the results of exams, according to the results of course and diploma works (projects); based on the results of work in practice, the student is also graded on a 4-point scale: “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, “Unsatisfactory”. If the final exam is not conducted in the disciplines, the results of the applicant’s work are evaluated on a 2-point scale: “Passed” or “Fail”.
