Ability to identify, analyze, evaluate and solve actual, complex problems and tasks in the field of international business, make independent, well-grounded, prudent decisions in the modern system of international management, as well as generate new, creative ideas about managing marketing activity in the enterprise during education, which imply theoretical and practical research based on innovative approaches.

Compulsory activities:-professional internship in international and/or Ukrainian companies (Industrial R&D Internship),-comprehensive graduation examination in the educational program "International Management and Marketing";-defense of masters’ thesis.
