Attestation of higher education seekers is carried out in the form of public defense of master's thesis and complex exam in "Telecommunications and Radio Engineering" and ends with the issuance of a standard document on awarding them a degree with higher education: Master Telecommunications and Radio Engineering.

1. Know the theories and models promising for research and innovative activities in the field of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications, including information protection.
2. Know the methodology of scientific research.
3. Know analog and digital circuitry, methods and means of their modeling and construction, use for research, including for the needs of telecommunications and information protection.
