Programme learning outcomes
PH01. Know the theoretical and applied principles of development and analysis of public policy, basics, and technologies of management decision-making. PH02. Solve complex tasks of public administration, taking into account the requirements of the law, identify legal conflicts and problems, develop draft regulations to eliminate them. PH03. Define the basic principles of national security and be able to prevent and neutralize challenges and threats to the national interests of Ukraine within its professional competence. PH04. Use modern statistical methods, models, digital technologies, specialized software to solve complex problems of public administration and administration. PH05. Identify priority areas for the implementation of e-government and the development of e-democracy. PH06. Carry out effective management of innovations, resources, risks, projects, changes, quality, apply modern models, approaches, and technologies, international experience in the design and reorganization of management and general organizational structures. РН07. Develop national/regional policy documents for the development of public administration, using systematic analysis and an integrated approach, as well as teamwork methods. PH08. Carry out effective communication, argue their position, use modern information and communication technologies in the field of public administration and administration based on social responsibility, legal and ethical norms. РН09. Represent public administration bodies and other public organizations and present the results of their activities to specialists and the general public. PH10. Develop sound management decisions taking into account issues of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, take into account the objectives, existing legislative, time, and resource constraints, assess the political, social, economic, and environmental consequences of solutions. PH11. Plan and carry out scientific and applied research in the field of public administration, including analysis of issues, setting goals and objectives, selection and use of theoretical and empirical research methods, analysis of its results, formulation of sound conclusions. PH12. Initiate, develop and organize the implementation of innovative projects at various levels of public administration. PH13. Develop and implement measures for adaptation and implementation of best domestic and foreign practices of public administration and other public organizations.

Examination regulations and grading scale
Summary evaluation in studying the Educational Program (EP) components proceeds as a summing up of credits obtained in semester control and credits in examination/qualification pass. A maximum score of credits in one component is 100. The scale of credits fits academic mobility norms according to ECTS. Excellent 90-100 Good 75-89 Satisfactory 60-74 Fail, with an option to repeat 0-59 The rules of academic integrity in EP are the University ones. Violations of the norms are subject to liability. E.g., The Unicheck service checks the text of the bachelor’s thesis, and the result conclusion is the part of it.
Оbligatory or optional mobility windows (if applicable)
The EP does not envisage academic mobility compulsory components. Students have the liberty of academic mobility and can realize it in the framework of international education and science agreements, international programs and projects, as well as the University’s and its structure entities agreements with foreign education and science institutions. A student can realize the liberty by applying his/her initiative and getting invitations with the support of the University’s authorities or with other mechanisms.

Persons who completed the study of the educational program and got a bachelor's degree work at positions in public administration (civil service, municipal authorities, positions of the B (Cyrillic V) category in Ukrainian classification) as well as in private sector management and NGO positions. E.g. the positions of graduates are director deputy director assistant director principal specialist in central and local government bodies, director and specialist in municipal structures, PR-manager analyst expert consultant director assistant director in international NGOs, administrative and organizational specialist, etc.
Access to further studies
A person who has completed the educational-professional program of public administration and administration and obtained a master's degree may continue his studies at the third (doctoral) educational-scientific level of higher education, improve his professional qualification and obtain postgraduate education.
